Lightroom Tip - Lights Out Mode

Lights Out

Sometimes when editing a photo, I just want to focus on the image without the distraction of the interface. So, if you are like me Lights Out is your option.

To enter Lights Out mode, press the L key on the keyboard in either the Library or Develop module. The area around the image will dim giving you a cleaner view of your image.

Tap L again and the interface is totally blacked out around the image.

Pressing L a third time resets the view and this feature works great in single image or grid view. The key here is to allow you to quickly focus on the image without any distractions.
